Advice for private tenants

We advise private tenants to contact their landlord first or to get their landlord to book a treatment on their behalf. As a landlord, you can book a treatment online and provide your tenant’s contact details when you book.

Alternatively, please calls us on the number above or complete our contact form with details of the pest problem and we will call you back within 24-hours (Monday-Friday) to arrange a treatment and take payment on behalf of your tenant.

Advice for Council tenants

As a council tenant, you are not required to pay for pest control treatments, however you can still book a treatment online. When you enter your council address, the booking system will recognise this and you will not be charged.
